Emma
Salon Owner
I began my journey in the beauty industry straight after leaving school in 2007, and have continued to invest in additional training over the years to refine and perfect my skills.
With a natural eye for detail and a true perfectionist approach, I’ve always taken pride in delivering the highest standard of work.
Alongside my passion for all things beauty, I always had a clear vision of owning my own business. I became self-employed at just 20 years old, and over the past decade have worked hard to build and nurture a loyal client base I truly value.
Running a salon can be demanding, and the long hours are not without their challenges, but I genuinely wouldn’t have it any other way!
Over time, many of my clients have become more like friends and family, and there isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t love what I do.
I’m incredibly grateful to all of our wonderful clients, both long-standing and new, for their continued support, and I look forward to welcoming many more of you into the salon in the years to come too.

My journey in the beauty industry began back in 2006 after completing my college diploma, where I dedicated three years to developing my skills and knowledge.
From there, I made the exciting move to London to train at the renowned Steiner Academy - an experience that truly shaped the foundations of my career.
After qualifying, I took my skills overseas and embarked on my first cruise ship role, travelling across the Caribbean. It was during this time that I was first introduced to the world of aesthetics. Working alongside an incredible onboard injector sparked a real passion, and from that moment, my interest in aesthetics continued to grow.
Almost 6 years on, through plenty of hard work, determination, and yes - a fair share of sleepless nights! I’m incredibly proud to say I now run a successful clinic. None of this would be possible without my loyal and supportive clients, who place their trust in me every day & I’m truly grateful for each and every one of you.
I’m excited to share that from September 2026, I will be furthering my education by undertaking an Adult Nursing degree at Northumbria University. This step will allow me to ensure I can provide the highest level of professional care, as well as support future prescribing capabilities from a medical perspective.

Dermalogica Skin Specialist
I first qualified as a Level 3 Beauty Therapist back in 2014. However, my career took me in a different direction, and I spent 11 years working in sales. I loved the fast-paced nature of the industry, and it was during this time that I met my partner, Andy. Together, we’ve built a wonderful home and laid the foundations for our family.
In 2022, I welcomed my daughter, Isla, who is my absolute world. She gave me the motivation to take a leap of faith and return to the beauty industry - something I had always felt passionate about, but had previously held back from pursuing.
Over the past 18 months, I’ve dedicated myself to all things skin - refining my techniques, expanding my knowledge, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in skincare, technology, and ingredients.
I offer fully bespoke skin treatments, from relaxing, touch-led therapies to more advanced, results-driven options. My focus is always on achieving your best possible skin while prioritising long-term skin health. My approach is progressive rather than aggressive, ensuring results are achieved in a safe and sustainable way.
You’ll find me in the salon on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, where I offer free consultations, one-off treatments for special occasions, and tailored treatment plans.

I’m Sarah, owner of Sarah Louise Hair Extensions and a passionate Hair Extension Specialist with over nine years of experience in the industry.
I specialise in creating beautiful, natural-looking transformations through expert colour matching, seamless blending, and bespoke extension fittings tailored to each individual client. I pride myself on delivering clean, precise applications and achieving flawless colour matches, ensuring every set of extensions looks effortless and feels completely natural.
My goal is always to help my clients feel confident, comfortable, and like the very best version of themselves.
